BEST OF 2026 - COFFEE BOX

Every two weeks this year a new single origin came through the roastery. A handful of them made a lasting impact. Those are the twelve in this box.

We set aside green from each of these lots as it arrived and froze it to hold it at its peak. On December 1st we’ll roast all twelve on the same day, so a coffee from February will taste as fresh as one from October. Boxes ship December 4th.

Inside:

• 12 coffees, 56g each
• A booklet with the story behind every offering
• Our pour over recipe card

Only 40 boxes. When they’re gone that’s the year.
