Thank you for shopping at Upshot Coffee! We appreciate your business and want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully.

14-Day Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your item. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process - Customer Provides Return Shipping

To initiate a return, please contact us at weareupshotroasting@gmail.com. Make sure to provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return, you should expect a response within 3 business days. If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for providing the return shipping label. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including subscription items and custom products. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

For a faster resolution, consider placing a new order for the item you want and returning the original. Once the return is accepted, you will be refunded for the original purchase.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing any justification. The same eligibility criteria as mentioned above apply.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
