After turning to guest roasting in 2020, Conor took over the roasting program in our Cottleville location's back room. Conor was determined to never have the roasting program interrupted again. In 2021 Blake Shaiper joined the team and became head roaster, working alongside Drew Horton as head of Quality Control & Laura McKinnon as production roaster.  In 2022 we took on an equity partner, Tom Whitehill of Defiance MO, and he took over as director of sales.  We have grown rapidly in 2023, and are ambitious to expand into more cafe, grocery, and ecommerce sales.
